All candidates must be willing to work any shifts between thesehours: Sunday 7:45AM-12:15PM, Monday-Friday 4:45AM-5:15PM,Saturday 5:45AM-3:15PM, all shifts will contain one or two weekenddays, attendance is very important in our center for successfulcontractors/empJob Description: The Customer Service Rep (CSR) receives, records,and processes phone calls and written communications from customers related tocomplaints, problems, quality issues, and customer requests for servicesand information. The CSR is empowered to resolve and bring to closure customerissues, problems and inquiries by using applicable information and toolswithin an MS Windows environment and by following the business guidelines andattendance policy of the Service Center department.Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Act as the primary contact for the customers to provide a timelyresolution to customer issues, problems, questions and service needs. Receive, document, and troubleshoot all customer issues through resolution. Follow processes, develop, and update procedures; provide fast,consistent and reliable customer service. Receive, analyze and respond to all customer problems and inquirieswhich are channelled through the Service Center department within theparameters established by the Service Center management team. Support the Service Center goals, objectives and service levelagreements to ensure service is delivered that meets the needs of the customerstakeholders and end-users. Assist the Service Center Team as needed in the facilitation of allcustomer service related issues and activities.Mandatory: High school graduate or equivalent Skilled in the areas of reading, writing, math and communication Ability to follow verbal and written instruction Competent keyboard and 10-key data entry skills Computer skills in word processing within MS Windows environment Knowledge of MS Office programs Minimum of one year experience in Customer ServiceRose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
