Situated at the gateway to the RockyMountains, Boulder is a family friendly city with a small town feel,consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in the United States.Featuring a lively arts and culture scene, prestigious universities,Boulder is only miles from world class skiing, trails, and gorgeousmountain scJob OverviewTo provide design qualification and engineering support throughout all stagesof the product development and manufacturing life cycleSkills & Abilities * Develop project documentation in accordance with quality and changemanagement procedures and guidelines to ensure project information is properlyorganized and archived * Develop, maintain and execute design verification, environmentaland reliability test plans, traceability matrices, procedures,equipment, results, and other related documents to ensure productconsistently meet high quality standards and agency requirements * Direct the development and assembly of prototypes by providingdocumentation and technical assistance to design engineering staff, materialprocurement team, and others as necessary to ensure high quality prototypesare built in a timely manner * Demonstrate proficiency using lab equipment and debug techniques toensure products meet design requirements * By reviewing and understanding industry-specific and agencystandards, investigate compliance issues and serve as liaison among thedevelopment team, manufacturing team, and the compliance agency (UL,FCC, etc.) to ensure product requirements are understood and submittalsare well organizedEducation * Junior level college student majoring in engineering * Preferred field would be Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineeringor Software Engineering * GPA: 3.0 or higherAll offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a drugscreen and upon completion of a confidentiality agreement.Our Values and How We Lead behaviors guide our processes.
