In this role, you'll beresponsible for bringing the voice of the customer and voice of the utility toin-house research experts and E Source members. We're seeking an insightsprofessional who can manage all research project activities, is comfortablepartnering across teams to translate data into compelling stories, and cannurture relationships through day-to-day interaction. This is an incredibleopportunity to build your capabilities in market research, develop energyindustry expertise, and grow professionally with a well-respected consultancy.Responsibilities and Duties:-Scope and design research projects with internal stakeholders-Manage recruitment and fielding-Analyze data and identify key findings-Create engaging reports-Present results to internal stakeholders and clients-Assist with data quality assurance checksRequirements:-Strong listening skills; can identify underlying business questions andrecommend appropriate survey methodology and design-Strong writing and research skills; can synthesize information to createactionable, succinct data-driven stories-Strong communication skills; sets clear expectations, delivers onestablished deadlines, and communicates research results in aneasy-to-understand manner-Must be detailed-oriented, able to manage multiple work streams, and ableto prioritize work independently based on department needs and objectives-Possess a natural curiosity and a can-do attitude and exhibits comfort withambiguity-A flair for nurturing and building relationships with clients and internalstakeholders-Flexible; proactive; self-starter; entrepreneurial; willing to innovate-Adheres to market research standards regarding personally identifiableinformation (PII) and privacyEducation and Experience:-Bachelor's degree required-One to three years of relevant experience conducting market research amongB2B and B2C groups, preferably with a supplier such as Nielsen, Ipsos,or others-Experience using basic quantitative analytical techniques such as regressionand factor analysis is preferred-Experience with qualitative methodologies, including ethnographic researchis a plus-Experience with SPSS, Qualtrics, PowerPoint, and data visualizationtools is preferred-Experience in the energy industry is helpful, but not required-Experience with graphic design software is a plusTo Apply:Visit our careers page at:https://www.esource.com/careers?tab=openings and complete anonline applicationE Source is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
