Summary of Job:

Executes all recurring audit and reporting requirements to support daily operations across all HR systems. Oversee daily operational support to the field for Electronic Content Management Solution. Write or produce queries as requested by the business to support daily business requirements.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute all recurring audit and reporting requirements to support daily operations across all HR systems (PeopleSoft HR, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, OnBase)

  • Oversee daily operational support to the field for Electronic Content Management Solution (OnBase by Hyland)

  • Write or produce queries as requested by the business to support daily business requirements

  • Oversee maintenance of the System-related Issues Log (HEAT) and ensure completion of tickets in a timely manner

  • Identify data integrity/accuracy issues and work with HRT or HRIS Coordinator to make updates/corrections

  • Training for new HR field resources and for existing resources for updated processes and/or refresher training sessions as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma requires, Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • 0-2 years HRIS, administrative, or HR data entry experience

  • PC skills with Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Excel, Project, Word

  • Knowledge of HR Processes and Data

  • Able to sort through issues, seek input from others

  • Complete tasks in a timely manner, is punctual at work and in meetings

  • Ability to prioritize and adjust plans as needed

  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR system is preferred
