The Software Development Engineer II applies advanced knowledge of developmentprinciples and concepts to design key component(s) for TPF Airline Groundhandling system.Key Responsibilities * Ensures high quality code is delivered that meets specifications * Champions needs of customer community and user experience enhancement * Acts as technical and/or functional point of contact for a project.Expertise/Proficiency * Broad knowledge in TPF systems while gaining expertise in the TPFAirline industry * Understands work group roles and responsibilities as it relates toTravelport people, business and clients * Provides tactical and technical support on TPF development as well asbe familiar with distributed systems * Able to serve as both team member or team lead in all aspects of anAgile development lifecycleExperience Summary * 2+ years * Experience developing, deploying or supporting commercial, customerfacing solutions (either distributed or mainframe applications) such asTPF development systems * Possess domain knowledge in TPF Assembler, C, C++, Sabretalk. * Experience in Airline Industry TPF software development, TPFDF,TPFGI with emphasis in Airline Ground Handling strongly preferred.
