          Job Details:
          Cuts, stains, mounts, grosses and performs special procedures on specimens of human tissue to provide data on functioning of tissues and organs, causes and/or progress of disease, following established standards and practices.

          Minimum Education:Associate's Degree. In lieu of an Associates or Bachelor's Degree; gross dictation experience prior to Sept 1; 1997 (CLIA '88 regs regarding 'grandfathering') will be substituted for this position.
          Minimum Experience:At least 3 months direct experience. HTL(ASCP) or HT(ASCP).

          Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs), Occasional prolonged standing/walking, Occasionally lifts supplies/equipment, manual dexterity and mobility, occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching.
