LocationColorado Springs, CO Job Description and Requirements:USfalconrecognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in theUnited States, is seeking a Project Analyst 2 - Planner to work out ofPeterson AFB, Colorado.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from anaccredited institution.- 10 to 15 years' experience performing managementanalysis. An additional 4 years of specialized experience may be substitutedfor the Bachelor's degree.Clearance Requirement:- Final SecretTravel:-None.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).- At least8 years of specialized management analysis experience in areas such asbusiness process reengineering, project planning, configurationmanagement, quality control/assurance, risk management, schedulemanagement and financial management.Duties:- Provide out-year planningsupport for all SMC/RN programs.- Manage and implement RN program out-yearplans, spend plans, roadmaps, and products.- Develop and managetechnical baseline changes for each RN program.- Develop and manage roadmapsfor to-be technical baselines for all RN program system and sub-systems.Roadmaps will extend out through the FYDP to include fiscal plans, lifecycle costs, and schedules.- Facilitate integration working groups tofinalize out-year plans with all stakeholders for each RN program.- Develop,coordinate and implement RN project prioritization process.- Support out-yearproject prioritization for each RN program, and present results.- Plan andexecute RN program spending in accordance with DoD appropriation guidelines.-Develop and implement RN spend plan process.- Develop/coordinate the RNprogram spend plans with all stakeholders for concurrence, and presentresults.- Additional duties as assigned.Applicants selected will be subject toa security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements foraccess to classified information; SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance isrequired.About the Company: USfalcon provides integrated technologysolutions worldwide to Department of Defense and National Security clients inthe areas of Aerospace, Mission Systems Engineering, InformationTechnology and Education and Training.
