          JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant II

          Essential Responsibilities: Monitor of Site Security and Employee Emergency Attendance Log. Answering and transferring incoming facility calls. Greet, direct and coordinate requirements with customers, contractors and third party vendors. Manage Conference Room schedule with internal and external parties utilizing multiple calendars. Coordinate onsite and offsite business meetings and special events may include: hotel / conference room reservations, lodging, transportation, sending out meeting requests, creating agendas, ordering food for meals and breaks. Responsible for ordering supplies and timely processing of purchasing card transactions and expense reports in accordance with established policy guideline. Provide administrative support by generating documents, presentations and spreadsheets as necessary. Maintain operational review folders, organization charts, distribution lists and employee directories. Update and publish various plant metrics, i.e. dashboards. Perform basic administrative task, e.g. faxing, photocopying and filing .Perform special assignments and other duties as necessary. Track all absences for On-Site Repairs hourly employees. Audit travel living expenses including Overseas Bonus for On-Site Repairs hourly personnel. Verify and confirm final payroll reports before submission for payment. Maintain Overtime reports for On-Site Repairs. Process Oracle HR WFF for all hourly employee updates and/or changes.

          EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma, and advanced knowledge of MS Office and Oracle.
