Position Title Analyst, Finance Auto Req ID 66501BR Job Description SUMMARYThis Financial Analyst will be accountable for the successful delivery andanalysis of a comprehensive range of financial reports to support businessplanning and strategic decision making. The Financial Analyst will alsoassist the real estate team with lease and commission negotiations, marketanalysis reports, and lease contract reviewESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSREPORTING * Support and implement Best in Class reporting. * Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informaland formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations. * Support team s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategiesincluding automation and simplification of reporting processes whilepreserving data integrity * Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting andcommunication. * Support cost-savings and process improvement initiatives * Participate in the development and distribution of best practices,process documentation, and user support materials for reporting. * Monthly & quarterly report generation * Run day to day reporting and forecasting activities * Maintain and enhance reportingANALYSIS * Identify tactical and strategic opportunities, gaps and financialrisks through collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Analyze performance data to forecast/trend. * Monthly and Quarterly Report Analysis * Analyze offered real estate terms against market conditions todetermine feasibility.BUDGETING - FORECASTING * Detailed forecast analysis including Budget versus Actual spending andForecast verses Actual spending. * Annual Budget planning preparation and development * Assist leaders in researching and identifying budget corrections andwork with others to implement change * Forecast accuracy reportingOTHER * Special real estate-related projects and other functions as required bymanager * Collaborate with team to share and improve technical skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or Real Estate * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Previous experience in Real Estate/Property Management services,preferred * Process Management experience or demonstrated skills, preferred * Prior use of systems and tools used to extract and analyze data,preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation * Ability to collaborate across many levels * High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to makeeffective decisions and solve problems * Strong organization and coordination skills * Strong analytical skills and sound judgment * Strong oral and written communication skills * Excellent level of customer service skills * Flexible and adaptable * Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity * Demonstrated initiative, & independence * Experience in Software Tools: MS Office Products, strong Excel skills * Strong MS Access and database skills, preferred * Experience in PeopleSoft, preferred#LI Full/Part Time Full-Time Regular/Temporary Regular Org Marketing Statement About JLLJLL (NYSE: JLL) is a leading professional services firm that specializesin real estate and investment management.
