We are currently seeking an AssociateArchitect II to join our Denver, CO office.Job SummaryResponsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned projectincluding investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions.Assigned to handle specific technical design aspects of a project for whichhe/she is responsible including investigating, evaluating, andrecommending the design solutions that best meet the client's needs.Performs assignments under direction with limited responsibility for design.Essential ResponsibilityProvides professional architectural consulting in the planning, design andcoordination of project assignments. Makes recommendations on designalternatives.Applies diverse knowledge of architectural principles andpractices in broad array of assignments. Independently makes decisions onsignificant architectural design problems and methods. Has full technicalresponsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinatingarchitectural design assignments.Responsible for specific technical designaspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation andrecommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's need.Frequently researches unusual and non-recurring problems.Independently appliesadvanced architectural concepts and designs. Carries out assignments requiringthe development of new or improved techniques and procedures.May providetechnical guidance to less experiences architects.May assist with proposalpreparation/business development.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic QualificationBachelor's degree in Architecture2 years related experienceRevit skillsGeneral Work ConditionsOffice Environment: Work is generally performed in an office environment inwhich there is only minimal exposure to potentially unpleasant workingconditions.
