As part of an industry-leading team, you willhelp empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effectivesolutions as part of our Financial Services business group within Aon RiskSolutions in Denver, CO. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide outstanding and timely service and support to clients inconjunction with the other Aon client servicing team members (e.g.,relationship managers and originators) * Identify and analyze client management liability exposures, utilizingcompany s financial statements, analyst reports, stock performance andlitigation exposures and history * Develop refined technical skills including client analysis /underwriting and insurance program diagnostic skills * Facilitate the compilation of submission information in conjunctionwith clients, relationship managers and originators for submission toinsurance markets * Finalize market submission and product design options for clients alongwith relationship managers and originators * Learn and understand all elements of client presentations and developskill set in development of basic presentations / presentation sectionsincluding technical writing. Refine development of verbal presentation skillsto be able to effectively deliver any portion of basic presentation asopportunities to do so are set up by senior team member * Develop and utilize effective underwriter relationships to improvebroking results. Deepen understanding of marketplace and carrier appetite andcapabilities to be able to leverage carriers effectively for clients * Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of management liabilityinsurance marketplace, products and services * Effectively utilize the claims administration function and engage theclaims and legal advocacy group for claim administration and counsel as perestablished protocols and as directed by senior team member * Property & Casualty license will be required within 6 months of hiredate REQUIRED SKILLS: * Provide efficient and effective support to senior FSG team members andinternal Aon clients * Always provide timely responses to clients and team members * Effectively communicate with other technical or other senior teammembers and administrative staff to ensure proper prioritization ofworkflow, and * Develop and utilize effective and efficient relationship(s) withadministrative staff to master effective delegation skills.
