Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Customer Master Business Analyst is part of the teamresponsible for managing customer data as a business asset across all ThomsonReuters businesses. This role is one of the important liaisons between thebusinesses as data owners and MIS/IT personnel who are responsible fordevelopment and maintenance of the systems updating, reporting andtransforming data. The Business Analyst assists with the creation andmaintenance of Thomson Reuters "golden record" customer data withinEnterprise Customer Master (ECM) and works to ensure all businesses andsource systems are participating in the program. This person will also assistin reviewing work of data stewards, auditing data quality and compliance andhelping drive projects to continuously improve customer master data andprocesses through all TR businesses. The Business Analyst will report to theLead Business Analyst, Enterprise Customer Master.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact of enterprise customer master data for internalbusiness stakeholders and the ECM data stewardsSupport the data stewards by providing assistance in data gathering, dataresearch, and answering data governance questionsSubject-matter expert on ECM data and data flows who supports and educates endusers using ECM data via the Enterprise Data Warehouse regarding data qualityissues and other data questionsAbility to execute data quality updates/fixes to the ECM customer &hierarchy dataAssists with projects to integrate all Thomson Reuters source systems intoEnterprise Customer MasterBuilds & maintains working relationships with all customer master data &system owners across the enterpriseAssists in training other customer master team members on use of the ECM hubtool & data governance policiesCreates and modifies data warehouse reports designed to assist the ECM coreteam and data stewards in operational tasksThomson Reuters provides professionals with the intelligence, technology andhuman expertise they need to find trusted answers.
