Requisition Number 17-0888 Post Date 4/26/2017 Title Camp Staff MemberCity Denver State CO Description After School/Day Camp AideRed Shield Community Center - Denver, COThe Salvation Army is seeking an After School/Summer Day Camp Aide for theDenver Red Shield Community Center After School Program and Summer Day Camp.Position is Non-exempt, part-time, 25-29 hours/week,$10.00/Hour, transitioning to full time (40 hours/wk.) for twomonths in the suSchedule: Monday-Thursday 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday 2:30 PM - 8:00PM (Subject to Change)The Salvation Army, Denver Red Shield, is seeking an individual who can beresponsible for the children in the After School Program and execute dailyprogram activities. The After School Aide is responsible for assisting withsupervision, guidance and caring for children (aged 5-12) enrolled inthe After School Program under the direction of the After School ProgramDirector. Duties include but are not limited to: open communication withparents, developing high quality programs to meet the recreational andeducational needs of the community, tutoring children with school work andtransporting children to and from the Red Shield in a TSA vehicle.
