Ourorganizational culture attracts and rewards people who are results-orientedand interested in making an immediate impact on their community as well astheiPCG is currently looking for a Master Project Scheduler, MPS, for a Denverbased project.The MPS shall serve as the person responsible for creating and maintaining amaster UI Modernization Project Schedule throughout the duration of theProject, in addition to other related day-to-day duties as directed by thePPOC. Duties of the MPS shall include but are not limited to:Responsibilities:* Develop a master UI Modernization Project Schedule ("UI ModernizationProject Master Schedule"), which includes the consolidation of themigration and modernization vendor project schedule, plus the other projectschedules developed on the Project where there are cross schedule dependenciesthat could impact the completion of the UI Modernization Project. * Collectand consolidate schedule updates such as task starts, progress andcompletions from task owners, and incorporate them into the UI ModernizationProject Master Schedule. * Where updates are provided that impact other areasof the Project, work with the specific Project Manager ("PM") who isproviding the update to ensure it is accurate information, and ifnecessary, work with the downstream impacted PMs to assess the impacts andany remediation that is necessary to mitigate any resulting delays,particularly to critical path activities. * Develop reports to monitor qualityof the various schedules particularly the Migration/Modernization Vendorschedule, such as: Late start, late finish report Tasks with start orend dates in the past that have not been started / completed Missingdependencies Other Project metrics and trends Where schedule quality issuesare observed, work with the appropriate PMs and schedulers to address theseissProvide PMOC and Steering Committee schedule reporting including asrequired: Rolled up or summary schedule depiction appropriate to theaudience Progress reporting and related metrics to provide project statusupdates Comparison against baseline and earned value if requiredOther project management support such as: Ownership of certain risksparticularly as they relate to schedule riskParticipation in change requestprocess to ensure impacts are properly incorporated into the Master UIModernization Project ScheduleSupport other project management processes asdirected by the BPM and/or the PPOCWith prior approval of the PPOC, theBPM may delegate some responsibilities to the MPS. In general, day-to-daywork direction and oversight of the MPS will be done by the BPM.Qualifications:* The MPS shall have qualifications and experience that meet or exceed thefollowing as it relates to the services set forth in this SOW: * At least 5years progressive schedule management experience on large and complexprojects. * Experience with the full systems development lifecycle of an ITsystems implementation project. * Experience developing and maintainingproject dashboards, status reports, schedu
