We work with the McKinsey client serviceteams to understand the business strategy and to architect and provide theconfiguration that best executes the processes and requirements to deliver thehighest impact for the client.What You'll DoYou will work in various capacities to leverage agile CPM technologies toaccelerate and increase the impact of performance management-related clientengagements.Working in collaboration with consultants across the firm, you will helptranslate strategic and operational concepts into value-realizing prototypesand solutions. You will also provide deep solution and implementationexpertise, stretch the boundaries of technical constraints and bringexperience and creativity to solve CPM problems in novel ways. At times youwill work directly with clients or as an extension to our traditionalconsulting offerings. Other times you will focus on building internalassets, accelerators and CPM solutions packaged with McKinsey intellectualproperty (IP).You will participate in team practice building by delivering prototypes,templates and pilot solutions to help clients step change improvement in theeffectiveness and efficiency of their CPM functions and operations You willwork with clients to synthesize problem statements into design requirements,deliverables and milestones, ensuring highest potential impact delivery,within time and budget parametersAdditionally, you will define end-state processes and organizational modelsneeded to support any tool deployment and work plan to get there, andprovide content expertise, project management skill
