The ideal candidate is an experiencedConstruction Services Client/Project Manager, a practice builder andleader whose primary focus will be the development of businessrelationships, sales, and project delivery of Construction Management,Inspection and Support Services.ResponsibilitiesServe as the CES Denver Regional Manager and manage, coachand mentor staff in professional, technical, and business developmenteffortsWork in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment withresponsibility for business development, sales, and internal and externalclient deliverables and schedulesServe as a project pursuit champion, whenapplicableAssist in preparing proposals and participating ininterviewsDirectly manage projects and support staff in project developmentand delivery, including scoping, budgeting, contract negotiations andproject executionWork with CES Segment Manager, Business Development andMarketing leaders to initiate, identify and support project pursuits andassist in project executionWork with the CES Segment Manager to identifycapital investments, strategic alliances, key hires, and growth opportunitiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 15 years of professionalpublic or consulting experience managing various transportation andinfrastructure construction projectsWorking experience of Colorado Departmentof Transportation (CDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and BridgeConstruction or similar State, City, County, or Federal HighwayAdministration (FHWA) specifications and standardsConstruction inspectionand field support experience with local agencies, cities, counties andCDOT's pPreferred Qualifications:Professional licenseCDOT experience withSiteManager Software and certifications in Basic Highway Plan Reading,Surveying, and Erosion ControlTransportation Jobs with DEAThe increasing complexities of modern transportation include growingdeman
