Overview:The Director of Operations will lead all operational activities acrossmultiple teams and engagements and teams to drive the company's overallstrategicoperational direction and client satisfaction. This position willcollaborate with Executive Management, Finance, HR/ResourceManagement, Quality Assurance, Sales and Pursuit Management teams toensure the successful set-up and execution of client engagements.Responsibilities:The Director of Operations will provide leadership to Managers, TeamLeads, and when applicable, Analysts, ensuring production objectives,performance standards and client deliverables are met on engagements,. TheDirect of Operations and will also be responsible for:Directing engagementplanning, implementation, staffing, and execution of the operationalfunctions.Managing and supervising operational teams with 150+ productionstaff.Providing business direction, coaching, and timely execution againstcontractual deliverables.Leading client meetings with a focus on operationalexecution for all ongoing engagements as well as . Mmanaging clientexpectations, and escalated client concerns.Ensuring proficient training,staff development, and effective employee relations and recognition isachieved for all operational personnel.Management information systems(MIS) reporting, providing visibility and transparency for seniorleadership on engagement progress.Developing and executing against actionplans to effect continuous process improvement.Identifying processinefficiencies and developsing solutions in a timely manner.Supportingbusiness development initiatives as required and participating in pricinginitiatives.Authorizing and coordinating changes in staffing schedules throughHR/Resource Manager.Partnering with senior leaders to support thedevelopment oQualifications:Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relateddiscipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience that isrequired for the specific job level.Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:5-7 years of senior operationsmanagement experience in the financial services or business processoutsourcing industry required. Demonstrated leadership experience leadingmultiple teams or departments in a fast-paced, multi-clientenvironment.Experience developing and managing large scale operations teams of100 or more across multiple projects.Strong client relationship management,influential presentation and communication skills a must.Strong projectmanagement skills, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fastpaced, high intensity, high demand and deadline driven environmentAbilityto multi-task in a challenging, fast paced, matrix managementorganization.
