The Northwest Region of Ampco System Parking has an opening for a full timeFACILITY MANAGERto oversee the day-to-day operation of a multi-level parking garage in Denver, CO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Train and develop leadpersons, attendants and maintenance staff covered under the bargaining unit agreement
· Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
· Maintain audit program in accordance to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
· Calculate and create payroll summary sheets and submit payroll data on a timely basis
· Schedule work shifts to ensure proper staffing needs
· Complete all daily cash receipt reports summarizing daily transactions in a timely manner
· Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment problems. Coordinate with service representative
· Assist the Operation Manager with maintaining excellent client relations
· Implement company policies and procedures
· Implement company safety program
· Report unusual incidents to the Operation Manager
· Additional projects assigned by the Operation Manager and Regional Manager
REQUIREMENTS
· High School Graduate or GED
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent math skills
· Computer experience with Windows, Excel and Word
· Excellent leadership skills
· Minimum 2 years work experience in the parking industry or customer service related field
· Knowledge of revenue control systems preferred
