Identify digital marketing opportunities, develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans, and partner with global marketing teams to execute these plans in support of local business objectives and both local and global digital priorities.
Work closely with marketing and agency resources to coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing programs, assets, and content to ensure that they are meet internal standards and brand initiative objectives/key stakeholder expectations
Partner with Insights (market research) teams to discover consumer insight and market opportunities, conduct competitive digital reviews, and identify new program opportunities
Monitor and evaluate brand digital performance, identify best practices and develop future recommendations
Educate internal stakeholders, including senior management, on the value of digital marketing, best practices, and new media opportunities

Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing environment
Understanding of key digital marketing channels, including:
Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
Mobile marketing (apps and SMS)
Web marketing and web technology (HTML, content management, etc)
Email marketing (CRM, design, deliverability, etc)
Measurement and analytics (Google Analytics, web and email metrics, etc)
Active in online communities and social media
CPG experience is preferred
Strong verbal and communications skills
Funtional Area (example: Brewery Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance):
Serve as an integral member of the Molson Coors Clobal brand marketing team to plan, develop, deploy, and evaluate brand digital marketing programs. Establish new digital capabilities and develop and improve existing digital capabilities. Partner with global brand marketing teams, and agency partners, to support brand initiatives. Partner with both the global brand marketing teams and with the global digital marketing team to discover, share, and solution critical business challenges and opportunities. Assist global teams in the measurement and analysis of marketing programs to help determine future priorities and investment levels.
As a member of the global marketing team, this manager will partner with a cross-functional team to define and implement high impact programs that grow Molson Coors brands. Ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion for digital marketing and digital media, ability to create and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners, strong strategic planning, project management, and communication skills, and a keen understanding of how technology and consumer trends intersect.
