Position Summary:

Novus Staffing Solutions is a full-service staffing and employment
firm serving the needs of businesses and job seekers throughout the

Denver Metropolitan areas.

We are currently staffing a direct hire position for

our client, a leading professional services provider to the mortgage

industry. We seek an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer who will be

responsible for accurately reviewing loan files to insure all

conditions are cleared and file is ready to close.

Other responsibilities include:

• Remediate all title closing documents


• Coordinate closing documents to settlement agent


• Insure that all closing documents meet state requirements


• Balance and coordinate HUD-1 documents with settlement agent


• Confirm that disclosure tolerences are within guidelines


• Arrange for the funding wire or check


• Scan and deliver final closing documents per the client

requirements
Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum




• Minimum of 1.5 years mortgage funding/title closing
  experience or related field




• Excellent customer service, organization and written/verbal
  skills




• Ability to work independently while handling workload
  managing multiple priorities




• Ability to handle frequent changes to processes




• Strong math skills Proficiency with Windows, Word and Excel
