Join BCG - start your career at a company that is consistentlyranked as the leader in its field, and is acknowledged as one of the bestplace Position Summary The North America Diversity Recruiting Associate is responsible for workingwith the NA Diversity Recruiting Manager to execute the comprehensiverecruiting strategy for BCG's North American diversity hiring, includingall ethnic diversity, women, LGBT, and veterans. This individual willalso work with school, office and regional recruiting teams, as well asall of the Diversity and Inclusion networks. Job Responsibilities Marketing * Work with NAMR Diversity Recruiting Manager, regional and localoffice recruiting teams as needed to support marketing diversity events * Leverage external relationships (partners, schools, clubs) tobuild BCG's brand with diversity talent and promote diversity events andprogra * Assist in development of targeted advertising, marketing and campuspresentations for diverse populations * Manage and assist in creating BCG's virtual/web based presencesincluding maintaining and revising diversity site on bcg.com in partnershipwith NAMR marketing and recruiting branding teamsOutreach * Work to identify talented applicants early in their career searchthrough campus teams, partner organizations (e.g. HSF, MLT), schooladministrators, clubs, etc. * Maintain and develop email list serves of high priority candidates foroutreach e * Support and assist with outreach to BCG's high priority candidates * Support execution of outreach and specialist deployment * Work to identify and assist with new and pilot outreach effortsEvent management * Maintain a central calendar of diversity recruiting events * Coordinate and implement resources needed for campus, in-office andoffsite events * Prepare and distribute logistics memos as needed * Attend key eventsPrograms * Assist and in all aspects of diversity programs (Bridge toConsulting, Diversity Externship, Growing Future Leaders) includinglogistical planning, marketing efforts, selection efforts, and on siteexecutioPartnerships * Support execution of BCG participation in Partner conferences (e.g.MBA JumpStart, MLT, HSF), including logistical planning, marketingefforts and on site executionHelp identify opportunities to enhance diversity recruiting efforts (e.g.): * Attend and support focus groups on campus and/or of recent diversityhires to identify opportunities for improvement * Monitor competitors diversity recruiting effortsSupport other diversity recruiting initiatives as needed Basic Job Requirements BA/BS required 2 or more years of prior recruiting experience preferred, BCGexperience a plus Key Competencies * Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail and followthrough * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, positive personaland professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics * Ability to represent BCG brand well to a variety of externalaudiences, including student, university administration, anddepartmental heads * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to work
