Vantiv Partner Program Manager in Denver, Colorado

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, anddelivering core products,projects and programs that are critical to VantivIntegrated Payment's success. Lead strategic sales projects for Vantiv'sIntegrated Payments line of business to influence sales capabilities,processes and initiatives. Develop and deploy leading practice solutions tokey business issues. Manage projects from problem statement definition throughsolution development and implementation. Engage with sales leaders and LOBleadership to understand priorities, drive alignment, buy-in torecommendations, and the launch of programs within Vantiv Integrated Payments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Lead and design critical strategic and sales products, projects andprograms from project scoping through implementation* Engage with key sales leaders to prioritize projects across the IntegratedPayments line of business* C reate and manage project pipeline and roadmap based on quarterlyprioritization efforts* Identify and coordinate process and infrastructure improvement initiativeswithin division* Align stakeholders across the organization on approach, requirements,solution options, business cases, and implementation* Bring analytical, sales, and operational expertise to senior leadershipin order to help the company make decisions* Define procedures and methods and make changes for improvement and executeon those procedures* Design and deploy success measures to understand the impact of programsdeployed* Facilitate and directly drive critical issue resolution and eliminateroadblocks* Assist in planning for the Integrated Payments LOB, including strategicalignment of projects, and other organizational functions and processes asneeded* Perform any other duties as assignedMINIMUM K NOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:* MBA or equivalent qualification plus 5 years of professional business workexperience with at least 2 years of experience with a top-tier managementconsulting firm* Strong problem solving, analytical capabilities, troubleshooting andcollaboration skills* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work* Experience leading strategic sales operations projects or work streams* Experience working with sales and channel management teams* Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerousinterdependencies* Ability to build strong working and collaborative relationships withmultiple stakeholders and departments* A successful track record of working with managers and executives at highlevels in the organization, as well as staff users* Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be resultsdriven and customer focused* Strong o ral and written communication skills, including presentationskills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)WORKING CONDITIONS:* Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise,temperature and the like.* Extended viewing of CRT screen.* 20% of overnight travel may be required.All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions forwhich reasonable accommodation will be made.
