The company began more than 100 years ago in Tulsa and hassuccessfully diversified into a variety of industries, businesses andgeographiThe Senior Syndication Consultant will play a critical role in the originationand execution of syndicated loan transactions across all commercial lendingbusinesses including Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, andgeneral Corporate Banking. This position is located in Denver however we areopen to exploring candidates within the BOK Footprint.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review new lead agency opportunities presented by the Line of Businessand collaborate with the Director to devise key syndication terms includingdeal pricing/ fees and distribution strategy in order to achieve asuccessful syndication. Oversee financial modeling and analytical work productto support deal marketing and origination efforts. Draft offering memoranda,proposals, and financial presentations detailing client andtransaction-related fundamental information including merits, risk, andrisk mitigation.. Develop presentations aimed at determining optimal capitalstructures and available financing sources based upon borrower-specific creditmetrics. Serve as point of contact for investors during and after syndicationprocess.. Lead the preparation of offering and marketing materials forinvestors. Produce reports detailing transaction progress and investorinterest. Answer investor underwriting and due diligence questions. Obtaininvestor commitments. Negotiate, communicate and finalizetransaction-related legal documentation. Work with credit professionals onnegotiation of transaction documentation. Plan, manage, and track detailsfor bank meetings and events. Maintain active templates for pitch materialsand offering memoranda with current information on both BOKF and the market.Manage the execution of syndicated debt transactions including extensivebusiness, financial, legal and accounting due diligence, financialmodeling, preparation of offering materials and investor presentations. - Sell down underwritten loan positions. Maintain relationships withbanks, finance companies and other financial institutions that are active inmiddle market syndicated loan market. Advise Director, Loan Syndications andunderwriting partners. Actively source and track loan market data andmaintain a database of comparable transactions and competitors.
