The Role The Senior Systems Analyst is an essential player in our ManufacturingExecution Database (MEDB) system. This system is heavily utilized in ournetwork of approximately 40 community mills to enable our business partners tomanufacture, ship, and track inventory of our raw materials and finishedgoods. The Sr Systems Analyst will use their software development expertisecombined with leadership skills to support, develop, and enhance ArdentMills business systems. Key Accountabilities * Business Engagement: * Work in close partnership with the business leaders from each businessarea to design, develop, implement and support world class services andbusiness applications. * Work in close partnership with other IT functions (architecture,infrastructure) as well as 3rd party vendors and partners to ensure worldclass delivery of business value-driven solution. * Technical Analysis & Design: * Design and document system solutions that address business,functional and technical requirements through the use of detailed technicaldesign specifications. * Isolate, diagnose, and resolve system and application problems. * Analyze and document technical requirements using various techniquessuch as data flows and data models in support of functional requirements. * Construct & Implement: * Develop system solutions (including configuration, proceduralcode, scripts, queries, process orchestration and/or other methods)based on detailed technical design specifications. Skills & Experience * Limited travel, as appropriate to support business needs * Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor s degree inManagement Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering(specifically, engineering fields that include but are not limited to,Electronic, Industrial, Computer, or Mechanical), Math, Businessor related deg * Expert or advanced IT certifications * At least 10 years of experience with enterprise-wide systems * ERP Systems and bolt-on knowledge * IT Application Deployment experience * Experience working with large outsourced resource providers * Qualified applicants will have 10 years of ERP and associate ITecosystem experience.
