If this fitsyour career goal, we can't wait to welcome you on board.The Day-to-DayResponsibilities:* Calculates commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based oncommission plan provisions.* Performs staff support activities needed for the development,implementation, communication and administration of sales commission orincentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.* Reviews commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.* Able to verify and follow through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness ofcommission payments as outlined in the plan.* Maintains or audits information needed to track revenue.* May analyze sales performance results, prepare commission expensereports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or financemanagement.* Uses spreadsheets, ERP systems or dedicated computer programs to gatherdata for payment calculation or analysis.* Contributes to the development or improvement of systems to effectivelytrack or capture data.* Performs cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission/incentiveplan design or quota levels.* Exhibits specialized knowledge of incentive compensation and conceptsrelated to role.* Employs understanding of key incentive compensation systems includingBusiness Objects, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Internal Reporting Systems.Qualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with aBachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD withoutexperience; or equivalent work experience.All the above duties and responsibiliti es are essential job functions forwhich reasonable accommodation will be made.
