This individual will be responsible for all aspects ofPing's external communications including public relations, analystrelations, and communications. A successful candidate will have extensivepublic relations and corporate communications experience within the SaaSindustry. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a very fast pacedenvironment, enjoys working with a team, and is also comfortable owning acomplex process from beginning to end. Responsibilities:Partnering withproduct teams and product marketing to develop and execute messaging and PRstrategy for a high cadence of product and feature launches.Collaborating withexecutive team on the development of thought leadership content such ascontributed articles.Enabling international teams through collaboration inareas such as product launches, international events and bylinecontent.Owning our partner PR program and working with both external partnersand internal stakeholders to drive awareness of announcements andlaunches.Analyst relations coordination and strategy, working closely withproduct marketing.Build and continually develop relationships to educate pressmembers on the capabilities of Ping Identity.Drive communications strategyaround solutions, products and feature launches.Drive communicationsstrategy around partner program including driving awareness of keyannouncements and initiatives.Develop and own speakers bench throughtraining, certifying, and continually developing Ping spokespeople,ensuring that they accurately represent Ping solutions.The ideal candidate forthis role is motivated by a dynamic and fast-paced culture where continuallyinnovating and creating new strategies for growing awareness is encouraged.Skills & Requirements Requirements:10+ years experience in PR/ARcorporate communications at a SaaS software company.Must have experienceowning/managing a high-end, corporate website and leveraging site to helpwith brand and communications.Experience managing public relations agencies,top-tier industry analysts firms, and all corporate internal and externalcommunications.Exceptional writing skills.Must have a proven track recordexcelling in corporate messaging.Must be extremely creative and enjoy beingcreative.Strong social media experience in terms of branding andcommunications.Agency experience is highly desired but not required.Has aclear, creative and dynamic idea on how to track and measuresuccess.Additional Qualifications:Bachelors degree required; MBA aplus.Able to conceive, initiate, and sell new ideas in a teamenvironment.Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and salescommunities with credibility.Strong internal/external presentationskills.Demonstrates creative energy in message delivery.Self-motivated,driven and passionate about PR/AR.Strong project management skills and theability to org
