Aboveall, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.We have an exceptional opportunity for a Water/Wastewater Engineer to joinour Phoenix Camelback office.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed designs of water/wastewater facilities with an emphasis forindustrial process distribution systems.Prepare construction drawings, construction specifications, procurementspecifications and piping bill of materials.Develop hydraulic models and calculations to determine equipment sizing andmaterial selection.Coordinate with other discipline team members.Perform other duties as needed.Effective communicator possessing good writing, presenting, and speakingskills.Solutions oriented self-starter able to work independently and in a teamenvironment to solve problems.Keywords: water, wastewater, pump stations, pipelines, hydraulicmodels, Civil 3DQualificationsRequired QualificationsBS or MS in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.PE license, or ability to gain PE within one year.AutoCAD experience required. Civil3D capabilities preferred.5 years of water/wastewater or industrial process project experience,primarily focused on pump stations and pipelines.Must be able to work in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using Civil3D for development of pipeline plan and profiledrawings.Experience modeling pump stations in pipe network analysis software.Knowledge of Plant3D or other mechanical piping BIM software.Experience with alternative delivery (EPC or design-build) and fast pacedproject schedulesWhy HDRAt HDR, we know work isn't only about who you work for; it's alsoabout what you do and how you do it.
