Marketing Operations Coordinator
The Marketing Operations Coordinator for the Americas Region at Hitachi Data Systems will work under the Director of Marketing Programs and Operations to help support the execution of marketing programs and campaigns that support the Americas overall go-to-market strategy. This individual will also be responsible for processing data, analyzing and verifying campaign results working with a marketing automation platform and CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have data analytics experience; be detail oriented; have the ability to focus on multiple campaigns simultaneously; and have a passion for learning new tools. We are seeking a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who loves to analyze data.
Support the Marketing Automation Platform
Build out emails, landing pages and forms.
Review submitted content for best practices and testing
Execute marketing campaigns
Support basic and customized reporting needs for marketing managers
Upload contacts and lists to specific marketing campaigns
Schedule email sends
KPI and reporting needs
Compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Working with marketing and program managers on any customized reporting
Supporting the social media KPI’s – expore to social media tools and researching best practices.
Track and communicate program/project status to all stakeholders and monitor progress against goals
Marketing Office Support
Maintain event/branding banners, giveaways and collateral
Help support any shipments
Help with data entry from events
List queries within our marketing intelligence platform tools
CRM Implementation Support
Support sales teams with getting contacts loaded into SFDC in a timely manner
Reviewing campaigns, building our reports and analytics to ensure leads are being handled within the outlined processes. Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business required
1-2 years of experience in event and/or project management.
1 years of experience with data analytics
Excellent organization, writing skills and time management.
GREAT attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the “big picture”.
Engaging and outgoing personality.
Fast learner that proactively tackles challenges.
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed.
Must be a good problem solver and an intuitive thinker.
