Workinvolves coordination of project vertical transportation applications withConsultants and Architects as well as applies formulas, principles andpractices. The right person for this role will be able to investigate,develop, and/or calculate standard and custom applications for verticaltransportation equipment including, critical dimensions, codecompliance, electrical requirements and related technical data.Key Qualifications- Working knowledge of building/construction or elevator systems.- Read and understand architectural drawings.- Strong communication skills; written, verbal, internal and external- Ability to learn, evaluate, understand and interpret elevator codes domestic and international.- Complete and coordinate VT application drawings, files, and submittalsfor large scale projects consisting of multiple buildings in either CAD orBIM.- Strong AutoCAD, Revit, math, geometry, problem solving skills.- Must enjoy detail-oriented work and be able to manage multiple priorities.Other Requirements- Associates Degree in Architecture/Engineering, drafting or relatedarea required.- Certifications in Revit competency.- Must have minimum of 3 years of work/production experience using AutoCAD.- Minimum 2 years of Revit production experience in a commercial setting.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receiveconsideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion,sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disabilitystatus, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected bylaw.
