Gather, review and analyze information from the maintenance informationsystem and other electronic data sources as well as review purchasing andaircraft maintenance records in order to produce the Reliability Report andother reports as needed or requested.Job Description Analyze and evaluate all forms of data used to measurecomponent, system and aircraft performance for safety and economicimpact.Compile and publish various reports to illustrate issues andtrends.Report findings and trends to management.Compile, build, andpublish the quarterly Reliability Report which includes reporting monthlyperformance and standards as well as control limits exceeded and analysis ofthose limits exceeded.Quarterly Reliability Meeting:Analyze and evaluatedata from Reliability ReportCompile, produce and distribute agenda forReliability MeetingBuild electronic presentation to include graphs,supporting documentation and vendor supplied dataReport status of issues fromprevious meetingsRecommend change to the AAIP as a result of analysis ofcomponent and systems trends.Control and update Chronic Monitoring of aircraftand components and present new and updated items in morning maintenance andoperations conference call.Work with other departments to correct erroneousdata as necessary.Provide component data to vendors as required.Facilitatemeetings with vendors and aircraft manufacturers as required to presentAMC's position with regard to poor aircraft, systems and componentperformance issues and press for resolution.RequirementsCollege degree in Aviation/Management or related field or FAAcertificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant RatingsAt least 2 yearsstatistical reliability or maintenance program experience desiredProficiencyin creating, using and manipulating relational databasesUnderstanding ofOperations Specification and Component Analysis (MSG 2 or MSG 3)Mustdemonstrate behavior that portrays the core values of Safety, Respect,Trust, Collaboration and Passion while communicating with personnel andacting on behalf of the company.
