Job Description

Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits, a leader in the portrait photography industry, is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to serve as an Account Executive. In this role, you will connect with church leaders and volunteers to provide a customized marketing and publicity campaign to ensure high levels of participation for the organizations you are servicing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule days of photography to meet logistic, geographic, scheduling and cost requirements for both organization and Lifetouch.

  • Direct, plan, monitor and manage each event, from days scheduled through the completion of the photography event.

  • Ensure the event meets company expectations for sit average and daily revenue generated, in addition to schedule and cost standards.

  • Travel to account site to direct marketing, project management or product design as required.

  • Establish and direct marketing and publicity strategies to drive the organization’s engagement in order to maximize participation of families.

  • Plan and promote the execution of publicity efforts in order to increase revenue opportunity.

  • Oversee resolution of problems related to scheduling and photography; report progress and troubleshoot as needed.

  • Manage the relationship with the account to meet the needs of the organization and its members.

  • Recognize and provide changes to operational improvement with customer organizations.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned

  • Prepare and submit appropriate paperwork and reports on a timely basis.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years account management experience; will serve account post contract through photography event

  • Advanced problem solving skills

  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Salesforce.com

  • Self-motivated and results oriented

  • Strong commitment to relationship building and customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
