Larimer Humane Society Client Service Supervisor (Animal Shelter) in Fort Collins, Colorado

We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Client ServicesSupervisor for our animal shelter. Our Client Services Supervisors areresponsible for the operations of the service desk, during a particularshift, ensuring clients receive consistent and high quality services.Services include animal adoptions, intakes, returns and more. This is afull-time, 40 hour per week, working supervisor position. Incumbentsparticipate in our Shelter Team and Supervisor/Manager meetings and areengaged in reviewing work flow and suggesting and implementing improvements.Requirements include two years of customer service experience plus - one yearof proven staff supervisory experience, preferably in an animal relatedindustry, or a minimum of six months relevant Larimer Humane Society leadexperience. This position includes daily interaction with animals in ourcare.
