If you have high attention to detail and business researchskills then this could be the opportunity for you.The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a range of back-office dutiesthat enable our Executive Recruiters to complete projects in a timely andeffective manner. Responsibilities include database administration, websitemaintenance, invoicing, job posting development, software downloads andIT vendor management. You will also provide support in the recruitmentfunction, including interview scheduling, data entry, and answering phones.The position will require the occasional support of Account Executives in thesourcing of candidates for new openings, using various online resourcesincluding job boards, Linked In, and other websites. Occasional hardwareand software troubleshooting are also required. This is a broadly definedadministrative role and requires the ability to handle multiple taskssimultaneously in a time-sensitive manner.Qualifications:-Strong working knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS Office Suite-Database management experience-Critical thinking, problem-solving and excellent interpersonalcommunication skillsThis part-time position is based in Grand Junction, CO.We are looking for a creative problem-solver with an appetite for a fast-pacedwork environment.
