Not in-person.Job Description:Seeking an energetic goal driven sales professional for the overall accountmanagement, business generation and sales prospecting. You will manageexisting and new client relationships, maximize room night booking and workwith all hotel departments to deliver a positive experience for our guests.Marketing guest s rooms and meeting space to all markets.You will work with the General Manager to develop and set revenue sales andmarketing strategies for the hotel to ensure sales goals are achieved for bothguest room revenue and meeting room revenue.Requirement:*Create and implement sales plans that drive measurableoccupancy and average rate increases.*Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.*Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals, organizations andgroups who are the demand generators in the market for hotel room nights andmeeting space.*Produce weekly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potentialmarket and sales trends which lead to focusing sales efforts to needperiods.*Provide clients with information to enhance interest and guest experience.*Develop awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the localcommunity.*Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips tohotels by corporate clients.*Represent the Company in various events and shows.*Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensureworking in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.*Attending all department and hotel meetings as necessary.*Closely following up on all business Leads within a 24 hour response timeline to clients.*Flexible hours, some weekends.*Some overnight traveling required.*Perform other duties as assigned.Prerequisites:*Proven success in similar role and environment.*Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.*Pride and attention to detail.*Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitablepersonality.*Excellent verbal and communication skills.*Clear driver s license.Education:*High School diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.*Sales experience helpful.Apply by Email ONLY.
