DescriptionTitle: Field InstructorLocation: Greeley, Colorado 80634Salary: Will discuss via phoneJob Description:Trains new and existing Production Operations and other assigned FieldPersonnel across all level specific duties including inspection, maintenanceand testing of production equipment, software applications, and SafetyProcedures, processes and requirements across all leases and locations.Trains and demonstrates compliance in all environmental, health, safetyand regulatory programs and policies in performance of Instructor duties.Creates end-to-end training solutions with defined business impact and KPImeasures. Implements industry standard models (ADDIE/ISD) for learningneeds analysis, design and program development. Analyzes the businessunit's key programs for ongoing gaps, opportunities and improvements intraining program design, implementation and evaluation.Develops primary plans, structures and content for assigned trainingprograms. Conducts research to enhance/improve training material content,design and delivery.Utilizes Kirkpatrick methodology to evaluate training effectiveness. Consultswith key stakeholders and SMEs to identify curriculum revision needs andensures consistency. Designs, develops, delivers and/or reviews trainingmaterials, templates, developing articles/material for newsletters andartifactDesigns and develops online learning material includedweb-base/computer-based learning to include topics, objectives,graphics, online testing, scripting, voice-over and production. Supportspiloting new training and delivery of both field-based and academic lessons(testing, exercises, logistical coordination).Develops media for internal training deliverables: Level duties include:Building training presentations in multiple media including online learningformats, student lessons, instructor guides.
