JOB SUMMARYResponsible for conducting business analysis activities aroundResidential and SMB product requests. Provides a complete analysis of theorganizational and operational impacts of developing, implementing, andsupporting a new product. Acts as liaison between Product Management andtechnical and operational support groups impacted by new products, such asEngineering, IT, Customer Operations, and Field Operations. Possessesknowledge of each group's technical capabilities, systems, processes,capacity, etc. and applies that knowledge to translate the business or userneeds into business requirements and propose solutions that can be executedwithin the constraints of the project and the organization. Ideal candidatewill have knowledge of WiFi and/or expertise related to customer premiseequipment. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supportall efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceGathers,analyzes, refines, validates, documents and maintains complex data forthe associated Charter line of business.Creates and maintains discretetrending dashboards for consumption by the working team and the executiveteam. Performs data mining and analysis in support of process definitions forthe purpose of identifying opportunities for process improvement and animproved customer experience.Models and forecasts business trends based onhistorical data sets and planned product changes or feature launches.Exhibitsa proficiency with third party reporting system and serves as the primarylicensed seat holder and the day to day vendor liaison for third partyreporting systems.Supports product and feature launches with data analysis andpresentation that reflects the customer s experience and usage of the newproduct/feature.Effectively documents user stories and product / featurerequirements to support cross-functional development and implementation, aswell as traceability. Identifies data gaps, researches methods to fillthese gaps and makes recommendations to business line for gap funding.Applylessons learned to new projects to ensure continuous operational improvementin developing, implementing, and launching new products.
