Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialistexperienced in the engineering, environmental, construction management &project management industry.This position requires exceptional communication skills and a fundamentalunderstanding of professional services. We strongly value adaptability,integrity, aptitude, professional drive and an eagerness to learn.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Consistently maintain a requisition load of approximately 25 - 45requisitions, with full cycle completed within 60-90 days to all levels andtypes of staff within the Business Lines of Arcadis. * Consistently develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidatesfor future opportunities. * Act as a business partner with assigned hiring managers to developeffective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies that result inclient satisfaction. * Keep managers up to date and accountable for actions by having weeklyrecruiting meetings * Utilize creative, professional recruiting methods to identify andrecruit top-performing candidates for open positions to include socialmedia, job boards, industry specific sites, colleges/universities,cold calling and other advanced methods. * Demonstrated experience using ATS software to screen, qualify andpresent candidates to assigned hiring managers. * Manage communication with candidates, including interviewpreparation, process overview, setting expectations, post-offerdiscussions, closing, and offer letter review. * Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records concerning allphases of the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes andcredentials for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to positionrequirements while complying with EEO and OFCCP federal regulations. * Become knowledgeable about Arcadis, company, industry,projects, talent requirements. * Partner with managers to prioritize hiring needs and drive the processon priority needs. * Determine and implement improvement processes for recruiting andsourcing strategies. * Define sourcing and recruiting strategies to achieve staffing goals. * Coordinate, attend, and participate in college recruiting activities. * Maintain efficient and effective communications that support therecruiting activity Required Qualifications * 10 years recruiting experience at minimum * Bachelors of HR Administration or equivalent work experience * Experience in a fast paced growing company * Ability to handle 30+ requisitions * Ability to work cross Business Line on recruiting needs Background/Drug Screen Statementcolor ARCADIS U.S. requires all employees hired in the United States tosuccessfully pass a background check & drug test as a condition ofemployment. Certain jobs will also require a clean driving record, educationverification & certification verification.
