We are looking for an Accounting Specialist at our headquartersoffice in Lakewood, Colorado.Summary:The Accounting Specialist is a vital member of the Finance and Accounting teamwith full responsibility for Expense Processing and Accounting in accordancewith the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Primary dutiesare entering and maintaining all Accounts Payable data (invoices, companycredit card reconciliations, and employee expense reports) in thecompany's accounting systems, Deltek GCS Premier. The AccountingSpecialist also provides critical reports and input to the month and year endprocesses. Please include a cover letter with your application.Position Responsibilities:Full Cycle Accounts Payable AccountingEmployee Expense Reporting including processing complex international travelCredit Card ProcessingReporting and Reconciliation of AP including involvement in month endprocessesCollaboration with Project Controllers, employees and managers across thecompanyParticipate fully as needed in our small office environmentEducation/Experience:Required:3-5 years focus in Accounting or Finance; can be a combination of Associatesdegree plus experience or Bachelor's degree (with no work experience)preferably in Accounting or Finance.Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Officeenvironment.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential.Demonstrated commitment to high quality work.Ability to communicate and work with people at all levels of the organization.Genuine enthusiasm for working with a dynamic team in a small businesssetting.Desired:Extra credit for knowledge and experience with Deltek.BenefitsYou would earn a competitive base salary, along with comprehensive healthand dental benefits and paid time off.
