POSITION:Assistant Outlet Manager B66DUTIES:a. Management of restaurant operations inclusive of culinary and serviceaspects.b. May include fine dining, casual dining, food court, and/or kiosks.c. Works to provide the best possible guest culinary experience within therestaurant facility.d. Assists manager in hiring, training, coaching, and supervision ofsupervisors, culinary staff and Front of house staff for the restaurantfacilite. Responsible for delivery of high quality food and beverage products aswell as proper service.f. Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of facilities throughproperly developed HAACP procedures, duty rosters, staff training andsupervision.g. Accountable for fiscal results, revenue management, cost control andcash handling procedures in the restaurant.h. Works in cooperation with the Resort Culinary Director, otherdepartment heads and F&B outlet managers/chefs to developbusiness/marketing plans for the financial success of the restaurantoperationsi. Assists in budget development and maintenance of budgetary guidelines andgoals.j. Works in cooperation with the Outlet manager to develop a positive publicimage of the outlet and all other resort F&B facilities.SKILLS REQUIRED:a. College degree in hospitality or culinary preferredb. Familiarity with Windows Office Suite,ordering/costing/accounting/vendor software requiredc. Must be able to lift up to 50lbsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:a. Managerially responsible for the production and service of a highquality, healthy, food and beverage productb.
