CalFrac Well Services Field Engineer - Frac in Platteville, Colorado
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Provide effective communication regarding continuous improvement initiatives• Able to participate in the development of policies and procedures• Work well with all business units to ensure a trouble free operation• Manage assignments to achieve corporate mandate of “Service First”• Ensure adherence to policies & procedures• Adheres to and inspires others to adhere to the Corporate Code of Business ethics• Participates in budgetary development and review• Provides technical support to customers through the use of industry applications• Reviews job program proposals to understand treatment specifications• Presents job design proposals, specifications, and procedures to customer on job site• Partners with Engineering Manager or District Engineer to recommend opportunities for improvement, and provide feedback to colleagues on customer problems and needs• Routine technical decisions are made with clearly defined procedures and guidelines• Assists more senior engineers in the preparation of plans, calculations, reports, etc.• Assists more experienced Technologists and professionals in technical assignments• Uses standard procedures in completing assignments• Advanced computer literacy, including the use of personal computers and related software for data management, is required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:• 4 year science degree; Engineering degree preferred• 2+ years of field engineering experience• Position requires extensive field travel and will sometimes require long hours in the field in adverse work/climatic environments.• Must have clean driving record
