          Job Details: Receives laboratory test requests, collect and process blood and other patient samples, processes computer information and maintains a clean environment and equipment. High school graduate or equivalent and must be at least 21 years of age with a current Colorado drivers license required. National Phlebotomy certification required for Phlebotomist II from the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) or the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians (ASPT).
