          Responsible for operational management of Parkview Medical Center Physician Groups to include: planning and organization, oversight of administrative and fiscal matters, personnel, policies, and department relations, staff, physician satisfaction, program development, marketing, medical record management/maintenance and coordinating the revenue cycle. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field and a minimum of 5 years Practice Management experience or minimum of 10 years Practice Management experience required. Thorough knowledge of medical office operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point, previous medical office administration experience, knowledge of billing systems. medical insurance processing and medical terminology required. 02/13
