          Description:
          Summit County is a resort community with several small communities within driving distance. Looking for an area director with several years of Young Life experience and a desire to be rooted in this resort/mountain community. Strong committee, and region with 8-10 volunteer leaders. Summit County is a Young Life regional 'start up' with a Young Life club and brand new WyldLife club.
          Responsibilities:

          * Supervision and training of area volunteers and team leaders.
          * Develop a close working relationship with local churches and community leaders.
          * Management of area budget and fiscal stewardship.
          * Develop and model a thriving and dynamic direct ministry.
          Qualifications:
          Five or more years of Young Life staff experience.
