We’re growing rapidly and are currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our team.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as primary application administrator for all HRIS (UltiPro) implementations, updates, and enhancements.

  • Ensure data integrity within our HRIS; develop system procedures and guidelines to drive consistency.

  • Develop and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards that provide insight and analytics for the human resources department and overall business.

  • Assist with HR compliance reporting and HR policies.

  • Support the performance management process.

  • Maintain organizational charts.

  • Respond to unemployment claims and manage employee files.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist / Analyst or HR Specialist role.

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.

  • Solid understanding of HR policies and reporting needs.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Ultipro.

  • Previous experience with benefits.
