Quality Engineer - Quality Assurance Associate - Document Control - Data Entry

Location: Wheat Ridge CO 80033

Duration: Full Time - Contract to hire 3-6 months

Rate: DOE Hourly W2 $18-22/hr

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for providing day to day facilitation and maintenance of quality system processes and documentation in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

  1. EDUCATION AND SKILLS The Quality Assurance Associate is required to possess the following education, experience, and skills:

2.1 Minimum of Associate s Degree. Bachelor s Degree highly desirable.

2.2 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Systems or related area.

2.3 Basic understanding of quality system requirements including ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and 21 CFR part 58 is required. Experience in 21 CFR Part 820 and Part 11, ISO 13485, and other relevant international standards is highly desirable.

2.4 Must be organized, with excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, strong verbal and writing skills and good interpersonal skills.

2.5 Proficiency with a Windows environment, Word and Excel required. 3. AUTHORITY The Quality Assurance Associate reports directly to the Director of Quality Operations and has the authority to:

3.1 Open and Maintain work orders.

3.2 Execute document control activities.

3.3 Assist in maintenance of the controlled equipment program.

3.4 Maintain employee training program and other quality related programs as needed.

3.5 Receiving inspection including receipt of test articles and materials.

3.6 Participate in Internal Audits.

3.7 Data entry and scanning of sensitive documentation.

3.8 Manage spreadsheets and create reports for Quality Assurance.

3.9 Facilitation of the record retention program.

  1. RESPONSIBILITIES The Quality Assurance Associate is required to perform training per their individual training plan. The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for:

4.1 Maintaining the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and the Quality Management System.

4.2 Maintaining, monitoring and executing procedures to ensure the Quality Systems program are executed per internal and external customer needs and expectations.

4.3 Participating in regulatory inspection activities with regulatory agencies.
