Job ID: 20183003-21433We are seeking a QA Process Analyst III in Aurora CO to support our missioncritical IT systems.JOB DESCRIPTION:This position will be responsible for the following:* Oversees program activities to ensure compliance with Government definedPerformance Standards; continuous improvement processes and overall programquality; responsible for development of and updates to Metrics Report CDRL.* Manages progress of Preventative and Corrective Actions (PACA's)process to ensure completion of all plans; reports discrepancies and actionprogress to PM. Supports data input required for PMR's/BMR's. Reviewsall CDRL's prior to delivery to Government.* Participates in all customer and contractor boards and meetings (ChangeBoards, ORR/OAR, etc.).* Identify metrics and performance measurement criteria to evaluateperformance objectively across the contract.* Develops and posts lessons learned to teams SharePoint site for access byall team members and stakeholders.* Analyzes, compiles, and reports on finding s of non-compliance andprovides recommendations for improvement. Tracks and escalates unresolvednon-compliance issues and corrective and preventative action plans to closure.* Collects metrics, analyzes, and reports various measures to PM/TM/SOM/team.* Performs process and product evaluations (audits) to ensure compliancefor established policies, processes, procedures and applicable standards(ISO, CMMI, ITIL, PMBoK).* In coordination with the Service Operations Manager (SOM) evaluatesystem performance and deliverables against process documentation, projectschedule, and quality standards. In coordination with SOM, ensures correctlevel of data input is provided to Tier 3 & MSP's to support root causeanalysi* Develops and posts lessons learned to teams SharePoint site for access byall team members and stakeholders.* Analyzes, compiles, and reports on findings of non-compliance andprovides recommendati ons for improvement.* Develops and defines major and minor characteristics of quality includingquality metrics and scoring parameters and determines requisite qualitycontrol resources.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred, or anyengineering discipline and a minimum of 5 years of skills/experience or, 3years of skills/experience with Master s Degree.* Clearance required: Active TS/SCI clearance, active poly.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Strong communication skills.* Excellent teamwork.SECURITY CLEARANCE:This position requires the candidate to have a current TS/SCI with an activePolygraph.About PeratonPeraton provides innovative, reliable solutions to the nation s mostsensitive and mission-critical programs and systems.
