Acts as the primary point of contactfor administrative support across the enterprise to field and addressinquiries from internal and external stakeholders. Assesses inquiries from internal and externalstakeholders, determines proper course of action and delegates appropriateteam members or team leaders to manage and/or respond.Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information and assistswith facilitating effective decision-making.Manages and provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.Manages related communications to the enterprise in collaboration withorganizational subject matter experts.Oversees the management of administrative calendars, travel as well as otheradministrative and operational support services performed by AdministrativeAssistants. Provides work instruction (on the job or formal training);develops team member skills and abilities. Identifies and implements coveragesolutions and manages escalations.Evaluates performance of team members, providing continuous feedback.Manages discipline and performance issues; hires and terminates teammembers. Identifies resource requirements, develops recommendations foraddressing requirements.Oversees the development and maintenance of the administrative documentmanagement system. This includes document management, records storage andretention, document templates and the preparation/standardization ofvarious corporate documents (e.g. meeting agendas, meeting minutes,presentations, goal plans, reports, etc.).Accountable for the development, maintenance and adherence to policies,procedures and best-practices in providing administrative and operationalsupport to the family services division.Coordinates administrative recruitment initiatives on behalf of the familyservices administrative department. Partners with Human Resources and keystakeholders throughout the recruitment process.Plans and manages financial allocation (designated budget) in accordancewith approved plan.
