We manage the NationalCenter for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) on behalf of the National ScienceFoundation and the university community.What You Will DoThis position is responsible for administering and supporting cloud-basedtechnology applications with a focus in Human Capital Management, Payroll,and Time Tracking. The Cloud Solutions Analyst serves as a productspecialist; builds and maintains professional relationships with keycolleagues and vendors to ensure that Human Capital Management and Payrollservices and solutions provided meet current and future needs; and offers abroad range of administrative services to staff.Responsibilities include:Product ManagementResponsible for updating and maintaining the configuration of cloudapplications, including workflow configuration, master data, andembedded business rules.Responsible for managing the creation, maintenance, and editing ofon-going system roles for users of the system. This position will also beresponsible for determining what roles employees will be granted in theplatform, perform periodic audits to ensure users access privileges areregularly reviewed, and provide guidance to users on system securitycapabilitiDevelops implementation strategies for future releases and upgrades,maintains and prioritizes the change requests, enhancements, and newproduct features by partnering with functional managers and vendors.Translates items into product roadmap and planned release schedules.Responsible for the implementation of all scheduled and ad-hoc releases,including the coordination and assessment of impact on other corporateapplications.Serves as first point of contact to assist internal and external users of thesystems; researches and resolves issues involving the business process stepsand system configurations.Ensures all applications are functioning properly and troubleshoots issues andmonitors resolution from end-to-end. Fixes may include short-term workaroundsbut will always focus on long-term and comprehensive solutions to problems.Coordinates quality assurance testing for new releases, workflow, andconfiguration changes.Updates and develops training and communication materials related to HCM,Payroll and Time Tracking systems.Process AdministrationEvaluates and identifies opportunities to enhance user experience and increaseadoption for HCM, Payroll and Time Tracking solutions to drive efficiency,reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk.Responsible for creating, maintaining, enhancing, and managing businessprocesses as defined in cloud procurement systems. Monitors and maintains thebusiness process steps, business rules, roles, and organizationsassociated with each process.Serve as the department expert on workflow and business processes,security, and determining, communicating, and enforcing best practicesin entering and maintaining systems' data.Responsible for coordinating with Human Resources and Treasury and Finance onthe timing/rollout of system configuration changes and "go-live"decisions to leverage software enhancements and new releases.Provide support to end-users, answering questi
