SUMMARY:The Project Management Coordinator supports the Program Manager incoordination of assigned program's cost and scheduled performance. The PMCsupports the PM in the centralized planning, direction and control requiredto affect the proper integration of program and supporting functionalelements. Works with PM in reviewing status of projects, budgets andschedules and preparing status reports. Pro-actively assesses project issuesand proposes resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and clientsatisfaction goals and objectives.
