The Role

As a Client Experience Research Associate at Willis Towers Watson, you will serve as a client research and user research subject matter expert, analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating customer experience analytics and insights across our software, data, and consulting businesses. You will develop and manage customer research programs, facilitating qualitative and quantitative research across multiple functional areas using a variety of research techniques. You will play a critical role in our customer-centric approach by partnering with product and functional leaders and providing them with the necessary data and insight to consistently measure our products, processes and experiences. You will provide data and insights to help create compelling business cases, reports and recommendations that drive action through the effective use of data, customer insight and analysis.

• Speaking with, and understanding clients from a strategic and informative viewpoint is what makes you most content and fulfilled. You love to carefully craft conversations so that insight can be gleaned and leveraged beyond the obvious surface level findings.

• You effectively communicate your findings through empathetic and thoughtful analysis, and natural storytelling, thereby creating shared understanding with all team members.

• Effectively and efficiently contribute to numerous simultaneous research and analysis projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CX or UX strategy and research.

• Prefer experience working in Agile SDLC, and Client Centered Design process.

• Demonstrable experience and command of different user research methodologies, including ethnographic research and various techniques of usability testing.

• Whether visioning, defining the problem space or validating the solution space, eliciting shared understanding is your passion, and across different groups of people, you know how to do it.

• Prefer experience with creating and leading cross-business workshops such as Journey Mapping and Retrospectives

• Experience with survey design is a plus.

• Ability to present data and insights effectively based on the audience, using graphic visualizations, illustrations and other appropriate techniques.

• Ability to work with global colleagues and clients, including flexibility to work non-standard work hours from time to time.

• Demonstrable ability to work on virtual teams and collaborate remotely as well as locally.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to balance multiple priorities with acute attention to details.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, Design or equivalent experience.

• Up to 10% travel required, including international.
